Challenge

RUFF set out to open its largest Swedish venue, requiring a high visibility ground floor location in central Stockholm with generous ceiling height and full restaurant capability. Previous search efforts had not produced a viable option.

Our Approach

We approached selected property owners directly. When the preferred location was initially declined, we persisted, refined the case, and secured negotiations.

Outcome

RUFF secured its flagship location on one of Stockholm’s most prominent streets, with close to SEK 5 million in negotiated incentives.
